Ultrasonic Sealing

At SilverGradings, we utilize ultrasonic sealing to close our slabs securely after the grading process. This technique employs high-frequency ultrasonic vibrations to create localized frictional heat at the joint between the slab’s two halves. The material then fuses together at a molecular level, forming a permanent, airtight, and tamper-evident seal.

Unlike traditional heat or adhesive sealing methods, ultrasonic sealing produces no residue, requires no additional materials, and guarantees consistent sealing quality across all encapsulated items. This ensures the long-term protection and stability of every graded piece while maintaining precise manufacturing tolerances throughout our production line.
