Frequently asked questions

1.  What packaging guidelines should I follow when sending my cards?

Place the card in a sleeve, then into a Card Saver or alternatively a Toploader. Sandwich the cards between two pieces of cardboard and wrap them in bubble wrap. Make sure to fill the box so nothing can move during shipping. Read the full instructions

2. Why is silver added, and is it real silver?

Yes, real silver is indeed added — 92% pure and approximately 1.48 grams. This idea was created as a way to add extra value. With gold and silver prices continuing to rise, it could also be an interesting benefit for the future.

3. How much does it cost to get my trading cards graded?

Prices vary per package, ranging from €14.95 for bulk packages to €27.00 for booster packs.

6. Why choose Silvergradings among so many grading companies?

We are a forward-thinking company focused on the future. Not only are we fully transparent about our grading process, but we also believe in clear communication regarding turnaround times — so you always know exactly when to expect your cards.

Could I return my order?

When purchasing a product from us, you have a 14-day reflection period — also known as the right of withdrawal — during which you may cancel your purchase without providing a reason. This applies only to unused and undamaged products.

For our Grading service, returns are only accepted in the event of an error on our part. Once the service has been completed and delivered, it can no longer be revoked.
