At Silvergradings, we value customer satisfaction. That’s why we offer the option to cancel your purchase within a specified period. Below are the main conditions and guidelines:

Withdrawal Period

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after receiving the product, without giving any reason. After notifying us, you have another 14 days to return the product.

Conditions for Returns

• The product must be returned in its original condition and undamaged packaging.

• You may handle the product as you would in a physical store, only to assess whether you want to keep it.

• If the product shows signs of use or damage, a reduction in value may be charged.

Exceptions

You cannot exercise the right of withdrawal in the following cases:

• For custom-made products or items tailored specifically for you.

• For services such as grading, once processing has begun with your consent.

• For sealed items that are not suitable for return.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed or if the return is due to an error on our part.

Confirmation of Withdrawal

Upon receiving your withdrawal request, we will send a written confirmation via email.

Return Procedure

To request a return, send an email within 14 days to info@silvergradings.com with the following information:

• Your name

• The order number

• The date of receipt

• A brief description of the product

Once your request is approved, we will send you return instructions.
